Established under the umbrella of SCOPE, the Training and Development department was envisioned to bridge knowledge gaps by providing capacity building services and innovative solutions. We believe in dialogue that is characterized by trust and mutual understanding, and which brings different cultural perspectives together. Our faculty resource base has an ample experience in development consultancy, project/program management, public administration, applied research, and training.

Train The Trainer

A face–to–face course designed for professionals to learn how to identify needs and set objectives for the audience; design content, exercises, processes and sessions; improve presentation skills to achieve results, overcome resistance and create desired behavior; understand and adapt to different people as well as handle difficult situations.

 

Individual Capacity Development

This training session empowers the participants with skills, experiences and knowledge that allow them to perform well in their organizations. Some of these skills are acquired formally, through education and training, while others come informally, through doing and observing.

 

Organizational Capacity Development
