SF is a not-for-profit organization, working in healthcare, healthcare education and emergency needs of the people. The idea behind SF was to improve the health standards of the nation. The goal of a prosperous Pakistan, SF believes, can only be achieved by a healthy and educated nation. Job Description:
  • Implement community mobilization activities in field Through CHS & CHW’s.
  • Ensure community participation at different Implement, and monitor community based activities and timely identification of gaps.
  • Plan and conduct sensitization events in the catchment
  • Ensure formation of Mother support group and Father Support group at field level.
  • Keep close coordination with all departments for better integration within organization and with stake holders when required.
  • Ensure participation in facility base meeting.
  • Facilitate team members in conducting the activities in uncovered area of Lady Health Workers.
  • Motivate staff and oversee performance, build staff capacity where required.
  • Hold progress analysis meeting with outreach staff and provide timely constructive feedback to improve the quality of field activities, analysis gaps and follow-ups.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly narrative reports of field activities.
  • Capture success stories and case studies
  • Developing and maintaining the data bank and photo gallery of the project activities.
  • Ensure proper referrals and cross verify referrals reach at OTP sites.
  • Ensure proper record keeping in field by CHS/CHW’s

Required Skills:

Have computer & good report writing skills.
Can speak Sindhi and candidates with both Sindhi and Baloachi speaking will be preferred.

Job Description:
  • To act as liaison between formal health system and Community health worker.
  • To facilitate Social Mobilization Officer / District Nutrition Officer and community health workers for mapping of un-covered area assigned.
  • To facilitate in identification CHWs in un-covered area.
  • To facilitate Social Mobilization Officer / District Nurition Officer to prepare microplans for CHWs
  • To supervise and provide on the job training to CHWs, review and evaluate the performance of the CHWs.
  • To Implement the community health services package devised in coordination with district government health departments of Khairpur and monitor its implementation
  • To Guide the CHW’s in the implementation of the set action plans. Carry regular supportive coordination with CHWs.
  • To conduct regular visits to the CHWs in their communities to assess and assist in their work.
  • To assist CHWs for the formation of Mother Support Groups (MSGs) and ensure regular awareness raising sessions.
  • Ensure enrollment and follow-up of referral cases at OTP sites / Health Facilities to avoid defaulters / absentees.
  • To participate in all kinds of mentor trainings & refreshers as well as community gatherings by the programme.
  • Ensure to meet timelines and given targets against project objective and reporting
  • To identify and report immediately to the supervisor any problem that may interfere in achieving program objectives.

  • Develop content for communications i.e. newsletter, annual report, email campaign, press releases, social media posts, and publications. This includes conducting research, drafting content and submitting it for further action.

  • Advises present or potential new donor’s / customers by making outbound tele fundraising calls as well as answering inbound incoming calls on a rotating basis;
