PINK LADY SPREADING AWARENESS AT FORMAN CHRISTIAN COLLEGE

Breast Cancer is the fifth leading cause of cancer mortality worldwide with 685,000 deaths in 2020.

To Beat Breast Cancer, we have to spread awareness. It is our Social and Moral responsibility to help people at our best. Therefore, Shifa Foundation, in collaboration with Forman Christian College, organized a virtual session. Dr. Uzma Qasim from Shifa International Hospital provided valuable information about the Pink Lady Breast Cancer Awareness campaign by explaining its major components

• Early detection
• Awareness
• Timely treatment

Prevention is better than cure.

More than 50 students & faculty members participated regardless of gender differences. It’s been said and researched that 1 in 100 men is also getting Breast Cancer.

We need to aware people before it’s too late.
