1,324 malnourished children in Umerkot screened & enrolled for treatment

From October to December 2017, more than 1,324 cases of severely acute malnourished under five years children and pregnant and lactating women (PLW) in 27 Union Councils of District Umerkot were screened and enrolled for treatment in the Nutrition Stabilization Centers (NSC), Umerkot.

8,929 cases of children with moderate acute malnutrition (MAM) and 7,131 PLWs were also enrolled.
