Shifa Foundation’s communication team proudly launches the first Defense Day Photography Competition 2020 to mark the defense day celebrations.

The theme of Shifa Foundation’s first Defense Day Photography Competition is “Current Challenges of Pakistan”.

Please note that challenges must include, but not limited to:

1. Poverty
2. Hunger
3. Contaminated drinking water
4. Insufficient healthcare
5. Pollution
6. Absence of sanitation facilities
7. Illiteracy

Prize and Awards

A panel of judges will analyze all submissions and then he 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd prize holder will be awarded.

3^rd September 2020

Rules and Regulations

1. One participant can submit multiple entries but all entries must be with different pictures on different themes.
2. The photograph must be original and taken from participants’ own camera.
3. The participants might be asked to prove taking pictures from their own camera.
4. Taking picture from DSLR or high tech camera does not guarantee your win. Instead try to match it with the theme.
5. Photographs with water mark or any form of overlay text are not eligible for the competition.
6. Any plagiarism, if found, at any stage will lead to disqualification.
7. Political satire, mockery of government departments and institutes is not allowed and would result in disqualification.
8. Any obscene or inappropriate content will be reported to FIA Cyber Crime Wing.
9. The competition is open for everyone between the age of 12 and 35.
10. Shifa Foundation’s employees are not eligible to apply.
11. Shifa Foundation will have the right to use the submitted photograph with due credit.
